1. Digital products

All digital products are delivered instantly to your ArifLab library once payment is confirmed. Products are for personal use unless stated otherwise. Redistribution or resale of purchased digital content is prohibited.

2. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, purchases are final. However, if a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

3. Services

Service requests are scoped individually. A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins. Delivery timeframes are estimates and communicated before starting.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Access to purchased products is tied to your account — do not share your login.
