1. Digital products

All digital products are delivered instantly to your ArifLab library once payment is confirmed. Products are for personal use unless stated otherwise. Redistribution or resale of purchased digital content is prohibited.

2. Refunds

Digital products (ebooks, prompt packs, templates, tools) are delivered instantly and are final sale - no refunds after purchase. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will make it right. Subscription tools (marked as “6 months”) are valid for the stated period from purchase date.

3. Subscription Tools

Premium tool subscriptions (e.g. Wins Premium, Gaji Planner Premium) grant access for the stated duration (typically 6 months). Renewal extends access from the renewal date. Access expires automatically at the end of the period unless renewed.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Access to purchased products is tied to your account - do not share your login.
