1. Digital Products - 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital products (Prompt Pack, Surat Perjanjian, 500 AI Prompts, Excel E-Invoice, Notion Template, WA Kit, Pulse, Ebook).
How it works:
- Purchase any digital product
- Email us at help@ariflab.my within 7 days
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- We'll process your refund within 3 business days
What's not covered: Products purchased more than 7 days ago. Bundle deals where individual products have been downloaded (contact us for exceptions).
2. Agentic AI Staff Service - Milestone-Based Refund
Agentic AI Staff is billed monthly. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.

3. Founder's Combo (RM99)
7-day money-back guarantee. If refunded, individual product prices are deducted from refund amount.
Example: If you downloaded Prompt Pack (RM49) and WA Kit (RM69), refund = RM99 - RM49 - RM69 = RM0.
4. Free Tools
LENS, DUMP, BURN, Wins, and Gaji Planner are free. No refund applicable.
5. How to Request a Refund

Include:
- Your name
- Order number (from receipt email)
- Product name
- Reason for refund
Response time: Within 24 hours during business days.
