Buying, paying, accessing your products, refunds and earning as an affiliate - every step, in plain language. New here? Start with the store.

BHow to buy a product

  1. 1Create a free account (top-right → Sign Up).
  2. 2Open the product page — e.g. /store/prompt-pack-58-power-prompter-prompts.
  3. 3Click Buy Now (paid) or Get Now (free).
  4. 4On checkout, choose a coupon (e.g. LAUNCH10) if you have one.
  5. 5Pay via ToyyibPay — FPX bank transfer or DuitNow QR (no card needed).
  6. 6Payment confirmed → access is granted instantly in your Library.

PHow payment works

  1. 1We use ToyyibPay — a secure Malaysian payment gateway.
  2. 2Pay with FPX (internet banking: Maybank, CIMB, etc.) or DuitNow QR.
  3. 3No credit card is needed.
  4. 4Your receipt is emailed to you automatically after payment.

LAccessing your products (Library)

  1. 1Log in to your account.
  2. 2Go to /library — every product you own is listed there.
  3. 3The Prompt Pack opens inside the pack viewer at /pack — with copy buttons.
  4. 4Free ebooks open directly in your browser.
  5. 5Your purchases stay in your Library forever.

RRefunds

  1. 1Digital products (ebooks, prompt packs) are final sale — no refunds, because you get instant access and downloads right after payment.
  2. 2Services (websites, bots, AI staff): refundable only if work hasn't started yet.
  3. 3Something genuinely wrong? Email arifaiyif03@gmail.com — we reply within 24 hours.

AAffiliate — earn 15%

  1. 1Open /affiliate and create your affiliate account.
  2. 2Share your personal link (?ref=CODE) anywhere — WhatsApp, socials, groups.
  3. 3You earn 15% on every sale through your link.
  4. 4Commission is tracked automatically at checkout.
  5. 5Payout from RM20 via DuitNow/FPX — you request it, we pay.

AAccount basics

  1. 1Sign Up with your email — takes under a minute.
  2. 2Log in anytime at /login.
  3. 3Forgot your password? Use /reset-password.
  4. 4Your Library, Orders and Affiliate dashboard live in your account.
